Please make sure to read it. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we suspect any kind of fraud, please make sure you enter correct billing address while placing the order. Thank you!

RETURN POLICY 
Your satisfaction is our top priority.  If an item is not to your liking, doesn’t fit, or not what you expected, you can most certainly return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt in exchange for the same item in a different size or color (if available) or a store credit (minus shipping costs)  ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST NOT BE WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED AND ALL TAGS MUST BE IN PLACE.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Ross Unit LLC ships via the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. All packages shipped will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery. Shipping times will vary depending on the manufacturer; All items will process within 1-2 business days. Should you require your item faster, feel free to send us a note and we will try our best to accommodate you! 
We will notify you via our website (posting on main page) or email when Pre-Order Items are shipping.
IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our hands, if USPS fails to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore please make sure to enter correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.
